100% Chardonnay is used for this Grand Cru Champagne. In the glass, a very light, almost clear color with slight greenish reflections can be seen. The carbonic acid is constantly rising in fine beads in the glass. On the nose, aromas of citrus fruits, as well as pears, brioche and almonds are clearly perceptible. On the palate it is very dry and characterized by a long finish. It is an excellent aperitif that can also be combined very well with foie gras terrine, oysters and seafood.
