"Les Sillons" is a champagne designed to reflect the region. What a great idea, it was to create a champagne from a plot, it is the Grand Cru plot: Derriere des Partelaines in Chouilly.  It is also a vintage champagne. The Legras et Haas family of winegrowers took up the challenge and produced a very high-quality champagne with their craftsmanship. The care taken in the production of Les Sillons champagne gives it a great shelf life. The intense freshness of this vintage suggests a maturation potential of well over 10 years. However, aging in barrels immediately gives it balance, it will satisfy those in a hurry.  A true masterpiece This 2014 vintage champagne in short: a rarity.
