Barrel 6 consists of 100% Pinot Noir, which is pressed white.
Partly from the juice drain of the must from the Kaffelstein from Franconia and partly from the Pinot Noir vineyards in Wertheim's Baden district, hence "German wine". Dry and yet seductively fruity and juicy.
