Wild salmon caviar. Mildly salted wild salmon caviar without flavor enhancers and without colors or preservatives. The taste is unique with a fine salmon aroma. The consistency of wild salmon is firm, tender-shelled and finely creamy. Its orange grain is approx. 5mm in size and is therefore slightly smaller than the grain of Keta salmon caviar. Try the wild salmon caviar with a creme fraiche on blinis, for example.
